“Comoda struttura per chi è di passaggio a Charlotte. Camere pulitissime, servizio di cambio biancheria giornaliero, buona colazione al tavolo anche con piatti caldi. Personale gentilissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo. ”

“had to pay an extra 5.50 to park at a hotel i was getting a room at thats the first time ive ever had to pay to park in the parking lot of a hotel i was staying at the beds were very uncomfortable tv programing wasnt good and the bed had a metal thing stucking out just abouve ankle height hidden by blanket on bed which i found by accident when my leg hit it breakfast wasnt much to speak of either i would never stay here again also outdoor pool was empty no water the laundry was on 3rd floor gym...

“I like the customer service provided, but the first room’s TV did not change channels, so the clerk gave us another room. But, that room had a filthy maxi pad on the side of the toilet and the desk chair was full of dirt and dust.”
